A Low High Toss is a special delivery used to hover discs and create a reliable trigger for the dog. The Low High Toss starts with the disc vertical. The disc remains vertical until the disc hits the bottom of the prep for the throw. At the bottom of the throw the disc bounces to horizontal and is lifted, spun, and released.
