Rec’d on YT | Mistakes – To Get Better You Have to Get Ugly
When we are young we love mistakes, we make a ton of mistakes, and go out of our way to make even more mistakes.

Rather than celebrating them, we punish them. Rather than embracing them, we are embarrassed by them. And rather than seeking them out, we avoid them.
This shift derails our ability to learn.
There are two sources that are the driving force behind the shift…
Trevor Ragan of TrainUgly.com explains how it all works and how shifting our focus from worrying about how we look to what really mattters, learning and growing can change the way we learn.

Good stuff! I have been using my lizard brain too much, need to learn to run with it and not worry about mistakes. My lizard brain kept me from trying a competition for sure. I was able to work through our first competition by not worrying if we looked good, or how others would judge us. Wow, just Wow!
