Stimulus Control means that the handler has complete control over when behaviors start and when they finish.
It means your dog doesn’t do it unless asked. It also means she keeps doing it until you tell her to stop. True Stimulus Control is a tremendous accomplishment.
Not many behaviors need to be under true stimulus control in the game of disc dog freestyle, but Bite and Drop are two that should come close to that level.
