The map gradates Order from left to right – Disorder to Order and gradates Abstraction from bottom to top. The 5 domains are Clear, Complicated, Complex, Chaos, and the center domain the Aporetic domain.
The two domains on the right are Ordered Domains, meaning they have structured elements within them. The domains on the left are unordered, meaning things can’t be predicted. The Aporetic Domain in the center is out of play and represents the place where planning and recovery happen.
