Grip is an important aspect of disc throwing but it is not the only aspect of throwing to keep in mind when it comes to smooth-flying success or fluttering failure.
There is a lot more to a vault than the definition. There is a reason you can’t just watch a YouTube video and get an understanding of the vaulting process. Just because you can do something doesn’t mean you know how to do it, or how it is done; performance is not understanding. This is very evident when it comes to vaulting.
One simple concept, properly applied could be used to make your dog stop and look at you when a door was opened or an open door was encountered,without prompting. It’s dead simple and serves as the basis of jump up on an object, get off the couch, get in the car, and get out of the kitchen. Pretty cool, right?
Fidgets are tricks we do with the disc in our hands, kind of fidgeting around. They make you look and feel cool and are great for self confidence.
