Method:
No Pressure Stance Shift
- BSP Counter to Low High Toss
- Switch to BSP Clock while disc is in the air.
- BSP Clock to Low High Toss
- Switch to BSP Counter before disc hits the ground
Pulling Stance Shift
- BSP Counter to Low High Toss
- Step Back to BSP Clock with front foot.
- BSP Clock to Low High Toss
- Step Back to BSP Counter
Pushing Stance Shift
- BSP Counter to Low High Toss
- Step forward with rear foot to BSP Clock
- BSP Clock to Low High Toss
- Step Forward with rear foot to BSP Counter
