Description:

Switching from clockwise then counter clockwise stances without the dog with a mind towards pressure.

Method:

No Pressure Stance Shift

  1. BSP Counter to Low High Toss
  2. Switch to BSP Clock while disc is in the air.
  3. BSP Clock to Low High Toss
  4. Switch to BSP Counter before disc hits the ground

Pulling Stance Shift

  1. BSP Counter to Low High Toss
  2. Step Back to BSP Clock with front foot.
  3. BSP Clock to Low High Toss
  4. Step Back to BSP Counter

Pushing Stance Shift

  1. BSP Counter to Low High Toss
  2. Step forward with rear foot to BSP Clock
  3. BSP Clock to Low High Toss
  4. Step Forward with rear foot to BSP Counter

Max Time:

30 seconds
