Crazy New Disc Throw | Ninja Bounce

I’ve been working on a new disc throw here over the last few days… It’s been coming together for some time, bits and pieces. It’s essentially a spinning overhand airbounce. It’s based off of the Push throw, and it’s super cool. Here’s about 40 seconds of our  second session on this throw, a recovery session if you will, as the first session put some muscles through their paces that had not been worked in a while…

Creative Disc Throw | Airbounce

The key to throwing the Airbounce is to have a perfectly clean release at the simplest expression of the throw. Throwing With Intent

Throwing with Intent is throwing a disc to your dog with the intent to make them look good. Throwing the disc to promote a big leap, to hit the dog in stride on the run or throwing a disc that your dog is going to flip for 10 yards away, is the sign of a mature handler.
